Appeal of 2016

I will start to post the appeal right away tonight as i got the go ahead from Miss Shawna.  It's 90 pages long and as stated i can only scan 1 document at a time, so please be patient.  I have a few pages scanned now and will post them right away.  I will put in the title the page numbers so hopefully it will help to keep it in order and clear.  thx you all!!!

Huge update!

Shawna's appeal is INDEED jaw dropping.  And i feel anyone looking at the amount of crucial and critical info withheld by the prosecution would also drop a jaw.  I dont even know where to begin with it.  All the proof from the state's files are included on the appeal to back up each statement.  Over 90 pages of unreal info.  I will say now....i been dying to talk about this stuff!!!    July 20-2016 the state of AZ handed over previously withheld evidence that is highly favorable to Shawna's innocence.  So this is "New" info to Shawna's defense and very exciting.   All bets are off for the dorks that have written about how guilty Shawna is and how much they hate her.  Well, darling, you are very wrong!  

I can only scan 1 page at a time....so this will be slow as i have other things going on as well.  But make no mistake, i will scan it with glee....

Updates

Shawna asked me to post the following updates: 

1.  December's yard update is going to be a big one.  Probably out mid December. 

2.  Postal code for Lumley has changed, some seem to not be aware.  It is 86338

3.  Shawna is needing cash for phone cards, she can buy the phone cards alot cheaper to call people than calling them collect.  She says if anyone can send her even 10 dollars it would be a huge help.  Thanks in advance to anyone that does.   

4.  Shawna says Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas

Shawna asked me to wish her readers a Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year for 2017!!  Please everyone stay safe on the roads for New Year's Eve!!  Shawna is working on a big update to be posted soon.  She said she just loving the new freedoms of no restraints, being able to hug her friends, and rec'ing with other women and no cage!!  She's also loving the increase in phone calls!!  

Appeal update

For those wondering, I was under the impression Shawna's appeal had been filed about the 28th of Oct. After speaking with her yesterday, i have learned an extension of time has been filed to accommodate more new evidence which Forde has told me will be explosive. I cannot release any details. Believe me, i am dying to! This appeal should be filed within the next week and i will try to have it up asap. The appeals process is very slow and arduous. Sometimes having multiple delays and extensions in an effort to give the condemned every chance to prove their innocence. There's never any guarantee an appeal will be filed when the lawyer thinks or plans.

GET OUT AND VOTE!!!

Shawna Forde and all of  us at Team Forde are very active on the political scene and/or behind the scenes.  One cannot "fight" the death penalty, wrongful convictions, and hope to implement any type of education for change and not be involved in politics!!  

Shawna Forde is extremely patriotic and deeply loves this country.  Shawna is a huge Trump supporter and had me print her off some Trump signs early on in his run for presidency  for her walls.   

On behalf of Shawna Forde, I want to encourage every single person out there, eligible to vote, to get out and exercise your right to vote!!  I know Shawna supports each person in making up their mind who they think the best man or woman for the job is and voting.

On behalf of Shawna Forde and all of us here on Team Free Shawna Forde we send our deep condolences over the unwarranted  killing of Keith Scott to his family and loved ones and to the citizens of Charlotte, NC.  You are in our thoughts and prayers.  We are deeply saddened by yet another act of violence against an unarmed black man.  We hope and pray the violence will end soon.  RIP Keith Scott, you are not forgotten.
