When you say goodbye, you leave a piece of your own personal history, there is a sense of permanency. As long shadows grow before my eyes, as I quietly contemplate my own goodbye, my mark on the world I may leave, and if I left here tomorrow would you still remember me?

We all come to bridges we must cross, even burn down, then leave behind with the memory of smoke and that our eyes were burning.

In restless dreams we walk alone, we are born owning many qualities, most we do not know we posses until we travel on our own journey. All journeys have beginnings and within beginnings enlies endings.

What kind of end depends on what kind of run God gives us.

As a condemned woman to be executed in America, a goodbye is deeply personal. Germany has blessed me, by allowing me to share with you, my soul.

Throughout our life we close many doors, doors to friendships, family, relationships, jobs, freedom, and environment. Some we love deeply. Myself, I may have to say goodbye to love of life.

I think of the world as one, and all people sharing the love of God without boundaries or restrictions, that is my hope for all of you, that you lean toward one another, when I'm weary and feeling small, I lean to God, and I lean to you.

To say goodbye is really recognizing our pain and our history, so we can gently close a door, in closing that door another lies ahead to be opened.

I accuse Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson, Prime Minister of the UK, of conspiracy to cause the deaths of thousands of people in the recent past, now and in the future. 

 

He did not cause these deaths deliberately. However he allowed them to happen by not taking appropriate actions. The deaths are caused by Covid-19, the climate emergency, insufficient funding of the NHS and by ordering the lockdown too soon and then easing restrictions too early.

 

A precedent to this prosecution is the case of Winston Churchill in WW2. It is said that history is written by the victors. If the allies had lost the war Winston Churchill would certainly have been charged with war crimes and executed as were the leaders of the Nazi regime. Two of the crimes would have been the bombing of Dresden and the Bengal Famine.

 

In February 1945 Churchill and the US president Roosevelt ordered the bombing of the city of Dresden which caused the deaths of about 25,000 people, mostly civilians. Most of the targets had no strategic value and the defeat of Germany was already inevitable. This war crime was the result of a deliberate decision.

 

Another war crime would have been the Bengal famine in 1943 in which an estimated 2 – 3 million people died of starvation, malaria and other diseases aggravated by unsanitary conditions and lack of health care. The famine was caused by a crop failure but was exacerbated by the British colonial authorities burning farming land to prevent a possible invasion by the Japanese and prioritising food supplies to the British army and civilians who were in India rather than the Bengali population. This war crime is the precedent for my case against Boris Johnson and is described in a Wikipedia article as panicky responses from a government that was spectacularly inept, overwhelmed and in disarray. This also describes the current UK government.

Yard report 8/31/20

 why is women's death row forced to live under constant harassment and forced to house on a discipline yard when all 3 are model inmates, myself I'm a super model inmate and have been for 9yrs.

women on Arizona death row are subjected to more punishment and harassment on a daily basis, due to housing, because of our sentence not behavior, the men do not house with other G.P inmates and are not forced on a discipline yard, why are the women? when there are other options to house us, or recognize us as a different status and allow us more privileges to match our behavior. I now get less time out then in solitary and am treated the same as people with extremely high points

my points are 18, discipline points 0

a average inmate on this yard due to fighting, stealing, etc, points 65 and above, dicapline 8 to 10

so you get what I'm up against.

Here is my typical week, so you understand why I'm feeling rather salty.

***so for 3 days now we've been on lockdown, no showers, nothing, because a inmate hit a officer who was harassing her, the entire yard was punished,

we are only given 2 hrs a day, 6 days a week to call family/ friends
5:30am to 7:15am. 3 days and 8:00am to 10:00am 3 days
no afternoons, no evening.*** ( like the last ten years so you could talk to those that work etc). they took that away. ". because they can"
so we also do not get visits anymore, and weekends are important to us,
BLANKET PUNISHMENT is now their brilliant idea, ** bare in mind that many SMI people are also here and have no capability to follow at times basic rules** they keep us in room that all summer were 100+ and no windows that open for air. BECAUSE THEY SEALED THEM SHUT!
**22 hrs a day in cell time.** they have no programs, training, nothing, they even took away the once mandated SMI classes! " yeah "

so with male officers we are forced to get naked and bath in our rooms,
and they wonder why so many are compromised ?

A thing that makes you ache even deeper then your bones is exclusion from humanity. We are all travelers on a highway with bypasses and off--ramps that lead us to connections in life, a email or letter allows us to share in the journey of humanity.

Through connection no matter space and time, we can be a part of experiences and maintain passion for life with the people of the world.

The trails we make can lead outward, but they also lead inward, often the two become one trail with a gathering force of a essential thing. I face in myself and my condemnation a passionate and tenacious longing for connection, and the power that invigorates my soul from friendship.

A email or letter can change a moment,

A friend can change a life.

There are several organizations and people that understand this in their fight to humanize those of us in the world condemned to die. As human beings this is what the word compassion truly embodies.

The true harvest of my daily life is somewhat as intangible and indescribable as the tints of morning or evening, as my wounds heal and pain recedes from me, just as memories do, like landmarks on a distant, foggy shore, I build a life doing time, the most beautiful gift of all is you.

Arizona will now obtain the execution drugs and commence the killing.

20 men have exhausted their appeals and are awaiting execution, Az has not murdered anyone since 2014.

This is good news to me, so that if denied I'll have a option back on the table, and that is no joke.

Yard Report. 8-14-20 We have all been tested now by nasal swab and each yard is on quarantine for the next 10 to 14 days, until test results return, then that should be interesting and horrific, due to not knowing what DOCRR will plan for us, but it will not be good, nothing good happens here. at every point there is time, and nothing else but brutal time. This becomes your normal day. You don't know who is going to open your door and everything feels like a attack against you, not knowing when, just that it will happen and that tomorrow might be worse. You stop thinking about release or seeing your family again. Your past life becomes a distant memory, like a dream. Your body doesn't belong to you, and there's no energy to talk or fight or to think about the world outside. There is only time and the numbness that comes with accepting that this is now your life. A thing that makes you ache even deeper then your bones, add 115° and very little air circulation is just another layer of neglect. which in some ways is minimal to what so many in the world are experiencing. I comprehend on a deep level the fear many are facing, with fear there is a assumption that what is happening isn't normal, and you cling desperately to the future where it will all be OK again, hopelessness is close to death for many, we all in here worry about you out there, and I pray that each of you find strength and patience with yourselves, and those of you who feel alone and isolated know that I'm here with you in isolation, in spirit, with love and beauty all around us in the smallest of things, all we have to do is look outside ourselves to see it, that can feel like a immense challenge, that I even have to be reminded of myself. **someone on Lumley rushed to hospital with covid life threatening symptoms today at 11am, they are preparing to lock us all down for testing and to stay on lockdown until results come back.**

over 750. inmates so far in Tucson prison have tested positive.

jodi arias lifetime movie and then followed by a interview with two ex cellmates in a tell "all". airs on Saturday, will be a disrespectful event, they are two attention seeking weak females willing to say whatever to get some fame once again. victimizing the Travis Alexander family. ( let's look at their track record of goodness and honesty). I'm watching so I can know them never know what the future brings in the world of criminals and they may pass this way. we all hope so. and to be clear I do not support what jodi did, but I sure am glad she took Juan Martinez out another corrupt prosecutor.

AZ DOC Perryville stopping the truth via Jpay emails

The truth will always prevail.  Perryville seems to think by retracting emails via Jpay they can prevent many truths from coming out.  Guess what?  That does not work.  There is this thing called the 4th amendment that also applies to inmates.  Onc should ask themselves, why does PV not allow cameras in for interviews?  What do they have to hide. Even Uber strict TX DR allows cameras in.    Why are they preventing certain emails from reaching me?  I expect they would read them, but to confiscate them is unacceptable, and sorry but that effort does not work.  

Due to the difficulties with this blog, we are in the process of looking at other sites that offer blogs.  I will keep people posted so they will be able to find the new blog location.  If anyone has suggestions on a new blog site, please send them!!  Thanks to all that read Shawna's blog...we care close to 70 visits now!!

I have been drawn into the shadows of deep concern for all of you and the tremendous stress you are undertaking during this pandemic, and I find yard stuff to be trivial to go into, I am very much looking for feedback on what you would like to learn about or have me go into about prison life? as someone who has experienced solitary, I have a understanding of how you may feel being forced to stay home and social distancing from everyone with a longing for normalcy, a hug, companionship with a loved one, I understand. this is a time for a deeper connection and if you can get that atmosphere of devotion going, then the spiritual path is fun and exciting, you now may have the time to slow everything down that normally consumes your daily life, the suttle realms of your soul await you. a friend of mine writes me and tells me he needs to vent, because he was at the grocery store and in the check out line with his arms full of groceries when his $20.00 slipped from his hand and the lady in front of him picked it up and he was like " thank you". and she grabs her grocies she just paid for and proceeds to walk out and says to him " what falls to the earth is for he collector to keep". and leaves with his $! he's in shock and so is he guy n front of him they are like WTF! so he puts his groceries down and starts to chase her while dialing 911 because he's thinking someone's going to jail either he is or her , but he is pissed and in no mood, she starts to run for her car to ignore him ( and first sign of intelligence). puts her bags down to open trunk up, and he thinks " teachable moment) and goes into a full on run grabs her bags and heads to his car while yelling " what falls to the earth belongs to the collector". he gets in his car and takes off. we'll. when he gets home he opens the bags and there's 3 packages of ribeye steak and 2 packages of wild salmon and potatoes with bottles of wine. and he starts to laugh WOW not bad for $20.00 Shawna forde

update, Perry ville is getting ready for a massive lockdown we heard up to 40 days, don't know when is starting, and we will not be able to shop after this next week is also what is being said as well as national guards being brought 

another update I forgot you can share, a officer in our kitchen has been on quarantine and we have 5 people here in quarantine /not tested/ but symptoms /no test available/ so its here.

Email & Corona Virus info

SF is enable to send & receive email via Jpay.com now.  She reports to me the prison is ignoring CDC/President Trumps recommendations/orders of no gatherings over 10 people (with over 100 inmates at same rec), & the prison has not handed out any cleaning supplies or disinfectants.  I find this unreal in the midst of a pandemic.  I suppose i will be looking for where to report this starting with the CDC.  There is no visitation however.
